Product description
Modern, elegant industrial design, robust construction, and high performance – that’s the Wave-Fiber-ONU, a client unit for GPON solutions. The device functions as a converter from copper to fiber and supports both Bridge and Router modes. It features a 2.5G LAN port, which also provides power via 24V passive PoE. The unit’s maximum power consumption is 5W.
Device Status Information
The unit is equipped with three status LEDs – Ethernet connection, received signal strength, and power indication.
GPON Technology
A single GPON port can support up to 128 CPE units at a distance of up to 20 km. The ONU unit is compatible with the UF-OLT and also with selected third-party OLT units – more information can be found here.
