Acer Care Plus: ON-SITE NBD (5x9) - specialized assistance provided by the customer with a response by the second working day (in case of reporting the request by 2 pm) in the 5x9 mode (Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm). The extended warranty can be claimed in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Registration instructions: After purchasing the extended warranty, you will receive a form from the distributor, where the name of the end customer, the serial number of the product and the date of sale must be filled in. Email the completed form to the Acer Service Center at service.brno@acer.com, and after registering the extended warranty, you will receive a confirmation of registration by email. The extended warranty does not apply to the battery.
